Phil is a Member of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MNZIQS) having completed both a National Diploma in Quantity Surveying (NDQS) and a Bachelor of Construction (BCon[CE]) at Unitec Institute of Technology.
Phil's expertise covers a broad range of Construction Cost Management services including Estimating, Schedules of Quantities, Value Management, Procurement Strategy, Contract Servicing, Reporting and Variation negotiation.
Phil has worked on many challenging and unique projects both Commercial and Public including Schools, Tertiary Education buildings, Libraries, Retirement Villages, Healthcare projects, Civil Works and Marine developments.
Outside of work, Phil’s interests include scuba diving, snowboarding and tennis, although away from the office he spends most of his time with his wife caring for two young children.
