Exercise and develope your skills including estimating/cost planning, procurement, cost control & reporting, risk management, variation assessment and negotiation and beyond.
Any prospective candidates would require to:
Have a tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying.
Be a fast learner, able to take direction and have excellent time management skills.
Have exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Have client facing and management experience with key stake holders.
Be detailed orientated and take pride in your work.
Deliver end-to-end core quantity surveying services from feasibility to completion.
Provide mentoring and support to junior and intermediate team members.
Assist senior team members with the operational management of the office as required and able to take advantage of business development opportunities where they arise.
Currently reside in New Zealand being a citizen, permanent resident or otherwise hold an appropriate work visa.
Have at least 5 years’ post qualified experience working as a Quantity Surveyor and/or Estimator.
Have a valid license for driving in New Zealand.
Membership of NZIQS or RICS is also encouraged.
