The Takrii South project won Silver at the New Zealand Commercial Project Awards.
This two-storey commercial building is part of the Coastlands shopping complex and hosts both retail and office space. The project was a collaboration between Buchan Group, Holmes Construction NZ, Maltbys, and TSA.
