Project Scope:
Development of two new wings on a greenfield site for the Mason Clinic. The Rata and Tanekaha wings provide secure accommodation for 25 patients, together with dedicated recreational and medical facilities tailored to their needs. Completed in 1999 at a construction cost of $7 million.
