Saint Peter’s College Science Block

Project Scope:
This project sees the refurbishment of two of the three levels of science labs, and seismic strengthening of the existing two-storey Science Block to extend the building's life and update the seismic performance to achieve a >67%NBS. The extensive refurbishment of the 1,200m² science block included the replacement of the 1994 constructed roof, weathertightness remedial works to the external cladding, extensive internal bracing, upgrade of services, and finishes upgrades, whilst maintaining a fully operational campus within a restricted site.
