Saint Kentigern Preschool Building

Project Scope:
Commencing in January 2020 as the final stage of the Shore Road Redevelopment masterplan, this project delivered a purpose-built 670 m² preschool facility. The development replaced an existing residential building with a four-classroom centre accommodating up to 80 children. The design incorporates children’s changing rooms, amenities, a kitchen, and a gathering space, complemented by centrally located child-friendly landscaping and on-site car parking. The building is carefully positioned on a sloped site adjacent to naturally protected grounds, creating a secluded and private setting within the existing campus.
