Project Scope:
Development of Te Ō on Mt Cook's Rolleston Street (of circa 4,905m²) to deliver a fit for purpose social housing asset of 80 dwellings over four blocks, plus supporting facilities and community amenities. Procurement consisted of an ECI contract with a Tier-1 main contractor.
