Project Scope:
This project comprises 14 mid- to high-end residential units arranged across three blocks of terraced apartments. The development includes eleven three-bedroom and three four-bedroom units, each with associated garaging, for a total gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 2,190 m² (as per consent submission drawings). On-site parking and associated site works are provided, and five of the units are equipped with elevators.
