Project Scope:
The projects aim is to develop a world leading campus (The RNZPC) and its supporting training capability in the district, where first class education, research, innovation, and training is delivered to ensure Police are enabled to deliver the services the country expects and deserves. The project was undertaken in two stages, the first covering earthworks and the construction of the residential buildings (a four-bed house, a three-bed house, and a three-townhouse block), and the second stage covering hospitality and retail, commercial space, service station, industrial shed, police station, and public space.
