Project Scope:
The project comprises of a thirteen-storey apartment building with a swimming pool on the ground floor, 150No residential units and a GFA of approximately 9,322m2. The project is located at 10 Alpha Street, Te Aro, Wellington. The project comprises of three key stages. The first stage, piling and foundations, involves the installation of the new concrete piles between 15-25m and foundation pile caps/ ground beams. The second stage includes the installation of the new steel structure and concrete slabs and unitised curtain wall facade. The structure will sit above existing piles and extend up the new 13 stories. The façade megapanels will come to site in up to 13m long and be lifted into position creating our watertight structure. The third stage is the fitout and installation of services throughout the building. The services package will complete the building ready for owner occupation.
