Project Scope:
This transformative project revitalised 1,800m² of Fonterra's Waikato workspace, representing the first step in a larger initiative to unify Fonterra's Hamilton operations under a single, cohesive brand.
Drawing inspiration from the region's stunning natural environment, the design utilises local materials, creating a vibrant hub for over 200 team members that encourages innovation, collaboration, and a strong sense of community. The project's dedication to sustainability was evident throughout, with the construction team achieving an exceptional 88.15% waste diversion rate, surpassing the initial 70% goal.
