Arlington Street Development Enabling Works

Project Scope:
The civils, enabling and piling works contract for the comprehensive development of Arlington Sites 1 and 3 (circa 17,687m²) to deliver a fit for purpose social housing asset of ten new accommodation blocks, comprising a total of 301 dwellings, plus supporting facilities and community amenities, procured under ECI with a Tier-1 main contractor.
