93-95 Anzac Ave Apartments

Project Scope:
This project involved the redevelopment of a heritage building, incorporating significant seismic and structural upgrade works along with the addition of a new floor. The completed development provides six levels of apartments, comprising 30 units in total. Construction was completed in October 2015 at a cost of $5.2 million.
